Subject: Re: A round of applause for Funky Ken

Hi Fijiotoids,
I just returned from a week of Arctic Freeze at Whistler much to my surprise to find all these e-mails.  Thanks for spreading  the word Jack and I appreciate the show of support.  I've heard GW's favorite tune is "Wake up little Susie"  but I know I would suck doing Everly Brothers.  So, if any of you can get into the National Building Museum that evening I will definitely bring you up on stage to do the Fiji Brothers version.  We could follow that with Snips doing a falsetto disco rendition of "The Caissons Go Rolling Along," followed by a Saints Parade with Jenckes screaming on the mic "SHUT THE FUCK UP OR I'LL CRAM THAT TROMBONE DOWN YOUR THROAT."
I'd like to start the second set with Zappa singing "Don't eat Yellow Snow" and end with a rousing version of Waffle singing "Its Raining Men!"  Doo Dah, I was thinking of featuring you on "Hey Ya" but I think it's a sure bet you will never get past security. Kid, could you video tape all of this??
I would love to see any and all of you at this event but since this party is for the Military it might be difficult.  There will be maximum security and I doubt I'll be able to break loose to do much else while I'm there.  Hugh, what are your drinking..I mean, working hours on Thursday.  Perhaps we could all meet for a frosty.    Funky
  PS: Tommy bring your guitar!!
